RETURN POLICY

  • No Refunds/Exchanges. All Sales Are Final. 
  •  At this time we are not able to offer returns or exchanges due to the one of a kind nature of the vintage items.
  • Please be sure to read the item description, as all items are sold as is and are subject to imperfections. Because the pieces in our vintage collection come from various eras, many times the size tags will not be consistent with modern sizing standards. We have done our best to provide as much information as possible regarding fit.
  • However, customers can still request for an exchange at our discretion.
  • If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
  • Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Due to COVID-19, WE ARE CURRENTLY PROCESSING ORDERS WITHIN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Thank you for shopping with us during this time! 

Normal order processing:

  •  Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, please contact us at contact@shopthriftenickel.com and do the following: 
  • Subject: TNVCS MISSING ORDER X TRACKING NUMBER 
  • We will follow back up with you within 48 hours 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
  • All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.
